How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days to metro and Tier 1 cities, and 5–9 working days to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Remote pincodes may take a little longer.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on most orders. In a few cases (remote pincodes or certain products) only prepaid payment may be available.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹599. Any shipping or COD charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking link.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items. Please raise the request within 48 hours of delivery with a clear, uncut box-opening video. Returns for size or change of mind are not accepted, so please check the size details on the product page before ordering.

How will I get my refund?

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the item is received and verified.
