Shipping policy

At SkyTrend, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time across India.
Please read our shipping details carefully.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


Delivery Time

We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

Approximate delivery time:
📦 4–7 working days (City & Tier 1)
📦 5–9 working days (Tier 2 & Tier 3)
📦 Remote locations may take longer depending on pincode serviceability.

Delivery delays may occur during festivals, weather issues, or courier strikes.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with your tracking link.

  • You can track your shipment live till it arrives at your doorstep.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

  • COD charges may apply depending on your location and courier partner.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most orders.
In some cases, COD may be disabled based on:

  • Remote pincodes

  • High-risk orders

  • Product restrictions


Order Not Delivered / Delayed

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected time:
Please contact us at support@skytrend.in with:

  • Order number

  • Registered mobile number

We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide an update within 24–48 hours.


Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect

  • The courier is unable to reach you

  • The customer does not respond to verification calls

Re-shipping can be done only after re-confirmation of address.
