At SkyTrend, we ensure every product is checked and packed with care.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return or refund within our policy terms.
✅ Return & Refund Eligibility
We only accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Wrong product delivered

Missing item in the package
Returns for change of mind, wrong size, or customer mistake are not accepted.
✅ Mandatory Uncut Box-Opening Video
To approve any return or refund, you must provide a clear, uncut video showing:

Full 360° view of the sealed courier package

Opening the package without any cuts or edits
-
Product being taken out in the same video
-
The issue/damage clearly visible in the video
⚠️ Without this uncut opening video, no return or refund can be processed.
✅ Return Request Time Frame
You must raise your return/refund request within:
🕒 2 days (48 hours) of delivery
Requests raised after 2 days cannot be accepted.
✅ Non-Returnable Conditions
The return/refund request will not be accepted in the following cases:

No uncut box-opening video

Request raised after 48 hours

Damage caused by customer

Product used, installed, or altered

Minor packaging dents with product safe inside

Change of mind / wrong size / incorrect choice

Missing accessories due to customer handling

After approval, pickup will be arranged or return instructions provided

Refund is processed after product inspection
✅ Refund Method

Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment mode
-
COD orders: refunded via bank transfer / UPI
-
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified
